Review the selected pages before processing. Blank scanner pages are often easy to spot, but wrong attachments, duplicate pages, and private notes can look similar to useful pages when you are moving quickly. If the pages are not adjacent, select them one by one instead of using a broad range.

After the output downloads, open it and confirm that at least one page remains, the order is still correct, and the pages you intended to remove are actually gone. Then share the cleaned file, not the original.

If a scan contains blank separator pages, delete those pages before sending the document to a client or upload form. The result is easier to read and may be smaller, though page removal is not the same as compression.

If a PDF packet includes an old version of a form, remove that page before sharing the current version. This is especially useful when a scanner or office app appends pages to the end of an existing document.

If a document contains private pages that do not belong to the recipient, remove the whole pages locally before sharing. If private information is visible on a page you need to keep, use a proper redaction workflow instead of page deletion.

Do not confuse deleting a page with redacting information. If a name, address, account number, or note is visible on a kept page, deleting other pages will not hide that visible content.

Do not delete every page. A valid PDF must contain at least one page, and the tool blocks all-page deletion for that reason. If you only need one page, use Split PDF or select every other page for removal.

Do not rely only on memory when selecting pages. Page numbers can shift after cover sheets, blank pages, or scanned inserts. Use the preview and final output review to catch off-by-one errors.

Check the cleaned PDF as if you were the recipient. The remaining pages should tell a coherent story, with no missing signature page, orphaned attachment, or instructions that refer to removed material.

For very large documents, browser memory may be the limiting factor. If the file is encrypted or corrupted, the safer behavior is rejection. Use an unlocked, valid source PDF when you have permission to edit the document.

If you are removing pages for privacy reasons, keep the original and cleaned versions clearly separated on your device. Rename the cleaned copy in a way that makes sense to you before attaching it to an email or upload form. That simple habit helps prevent accidentally sending the unedited source file after doing the page-removal work correctly.
