How to send selected pages of a PDF
When someone needs only part of a document, extract the pages first instead of sending the full PDF. Choose Split PDF for a new PDF, Delete PDF pages to remove extras, or PDF to JPG when images are needed.
Split PDFSteps
For a new PDF, open Split PDF and enter ranges such as 1-3,5. For removing extras, open Delete PDF pages and select pages to drop. For image output, open PDF to JPG and render selected pages.
Example
If a 20-page document needs pages 2, 4, and 9 sent to a reviewer, split those pages into a new PDF and check the output before sending.
Privacy note
Split PDF and Delete PDF pages are browser-local. PDF to JPG uses temporary server processing because page rendering is more resource intensive.
Common mistakes
Do not send the full document when only a few pages are needed. Check page numbering carefully. Remember that deleting pages does not redact content on pages you keep.
